Find out a medicine has run out when a pet already needs it.
Medicines and vaccines can sit on the shelf until their expiry date is too close.
Products are billed, but the stock register still shows the old quantity.
Staff spend time replying to the same questions about availability and order status.
Creating invoices and checking whether an order has been paid adds unnecessary work.
Orders arrive from outside your service area, or delivery fees need to be explained manually.
Keep medicines, vaccines and retail products organised with batch-level tracking and a clearer view of stock across your branches.
Dashboard figures and charts above are illustrative examples, not live clinic data.

This is a feature overview, not a pricing table. Which features are available to a particular clinic depends on its enabled modules and permissions.
A quick overview of how inventory and online ordering fit into your clinic's day-to-day operations.
Yes. Every batch has its own expiry date. The Stock page lists the batches that expire in the next 60 days, so you can sell or return them first.
Yes. When you confirm a shop order, stock comes off the batches that expire first and the sale is recorded. Medicines billed from stock reduce that batch too. If an order is cancelled or changed, the stock goes back.
Yes, when the Inventory module and your shop are switched on. Pet parents see a Shop in their Scoobycares app, add products to a cart, choose their pet and pick up at the clinic or get it delivered. They follow the order in My Orders.
Yes. If the vet prescribed it for that pet recently, the product shows as prescribed and the pet parent can tap "Order these medicines" on the prescription. Otherwise the order is marked "Needs vet OK", so your team checks with the vet before confirming.
Yes. Draw your delivery area on a map, or list the pincodes you deliver to. Pet parents see straight away whether you deliver to them, and it is checked again when they place the order. Pickup stays open to everyone.
Yes: order placed, confirmed with the bill and payment link, ready for pickup or out for delivery, delivered, changed or cancelled, and payment received. Clinic admins also get a WhatsApp for every new order, which they can switch off.
Yes. Until it is delivered, and as long as nothing has been paid, your team can change quantities, remove items or add products. Stock and the bill update together.
Pet parents can pay online from the link in their bill. At the counter, staff press Mark paid and choose cash, UPI, card, bank transfer or other. The bill is marked paid and the pet parent gets a WhatsApp.
Yes. Roles & Permissions has five inventory permissions: view inventory, manage products, manage stock, handle orders and shop settings. By default receptionists can handle orders but cannot change products or shop settings.
Yes. When Grooming is switched on, pet parents can add shampoos, treats and other non-prescription products while booking a grooming visit. They come with the visit and show on the booking.
Yes. Every batch belongs to a branch, so each branch sees what it has in stock.
