This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Scoobycares uses and why. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser that let a website remember information between page loads.
Necessary cookies are always on, because the platform can't work without them. Analytics cookies are used only on our public website (not inside the clinic app), and only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

You can change your mind at any time: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any public page and choose again. Rejecting analytics never affects how Scoobycares works for you.
Our pages load fonts and icons from Google Fonts, Cloudflare and jsDelivr, and maps from OpenStreetMap. These services receive your browser's IP address to deliver the files, but Scoobycares does not use them to track you. If your Clinic turns on Google Maps, Google may set its own cookies when a map is shown. Online consultations open in Google Meet or Jitsi Meet, which follow their own cookie policies.
Blocking the necessary cookies in your browser will prevent Scoobycares from working correctly. Analytics cookies can be refused on the banner without any effect on the service. Most browsers let you view and delete cookies through their settings if you'd like to inspect what's stored.
We may update this Policy if the cookies we use change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
